No. Vula Technologies Private Limited is a B2B2C Educational Fintech platform focusing on SaaS and Escrow facilitation. All on-ground travel logistics (airline ticketing, hotels, visas, buses) are outsourced to specialized third-party fulfillment partners, such as Anubhav EduTours, under strict legal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Escrow, SIPs & Financial Safety
Yes, 100% of your travel reserve savings stay in your own name and PAN inside RBI/SEBI-regulated nodal escrow accounts or mutual fund units. Funds are completely ring-fenced and never touch Vula Technologies' corporate balance sheet.
Our digital escrow architecture uses automated API logic. Your monthly eNACH mandates auto-debit funds into an RBI/SEBI-regulated escrow account. The trustee releases funds to vendors ONLY when specific operational milestones (like visa approval or flight PNR generation) are explicitly verified by the system.
If a student's visa is rejected despite submitting timely and authentic documents, all unspent funds accumulated in the Travel Reserve are fully refunded to the parent's source bank account. The initial Advisory Retainer remains non-refundable.
The Save Now, Buy Later (SNBL) architecture strictly requires an automated eNACH mandate to guarantee milestone liquidity. Manual month-on-month transfers are not permitted. If you face a severe financial emergency, you can contact the admissions desk to discuss a temporary 1-month grace period.
EduTour & Travel Logistics
Packages comprehensively include round-trip economy flights, 4-star accommodation, 3 daily meals (including Veg/Jain/Halal options), dedicated luxury charter transit, guided university campus audits, corporate site visits, visa processing fees, and premium overseas travel insurance.
Yes. Parents can accompany their child by redeeming their pre-credited K-Points (Parent Subvention Grant) or by paying the direct out-of-pocket travel package cost for an accompanying adult at Milestone 2. Accompanying parents stay in the same hotel but in separate double-occupancy rooms.
Yes, the campus audits include pre-arranged sessions with International Admissions Officers or official university student ambassadors who provide direct Q&A opportunities regarding application criteria, scholarships, and campus life.
Kinetix AI & EdTech SaaS
Immediately upon clearance of your first monthly eNACH mandate (Milestone 1), the student's Kinetix AI EdTech dashboard is unlocked. Access links and login instructions are emailed directly to the student's registered email ID. Access remains valid for a full 12 months post-tour.
No. The Kinetix AI SOP Builder acts as a strategic co-pilot, helping students brainstorm frameworks, structure arguments, and build vocabulary. It will NOT write the essay for them. Global universities use strict AI-detection software (like Turnitin), and we heavily enforce original writing.
Partnerships, Grants & K-Points
K-Points are closed-loop digital reward credits issued by Kinetix AI. They can be redeemed inside the secure parent portal to fully or partially subsidize the travel expenses of an accompanying parent on the educational tour. They hold no cash withdrawal value.
When an enrolled parent nominates another family, and that family's SIP mandate activates, the referring parent receives 20,000 bonus K-Points toward their personal travel wallet. There is no limit to how many families you can refer.
Partner advisory commissions are vested and paid digitally in three tranches: 30% when the client clears Milestone 1 (3rd SIP), 30% when flights are ticketed, and 40% when the cohort departs for the tour. Payouts are subject to a standard 5% TDS.
Safety, Discipline & Policies
Kinetix EduTours maintain a strict 1:10 chaperone-to-student ratio. A cohort of 40 students will have at least 4 dedicated adult chaperones, including a lead academic director. Students are never permitted to wander alone or use public transport independently.
Vula Capital operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against bullying, harassment, and the possession of alcohol, vapes, or illegal substances. Serious violations trigger the Repatriation Clause, meaning the student is immediately isolated and returned to India at the parent's expense.
The dedicated chaperone will immediately accompany the student to the nearest premier hospital. The 24/7 corporate helpdesk will notify the parents. Expenses are claimed via the mandatory group overseas health and travel insurance policy (typically $100,000 USD coverage).
